Location is key. We’re just 2 miles from the A30 dual carriageway, providing fast access across Cornwall — from Penzance to Newquay and beyond. Redruth is our nearest town, with multiple industrial and business parks within easy reach, including Cardrew, Barncoose, United Downs (St Day), Scorrier, Pool, and Treleigh. The A38 offers a direct route to Falmouth, passing Kernick Industrial Estate (Penryn), and continues on to Helston on the South Coast. Truro is approximately 20 minutes away. We’re also conveniently located for healthcare workers, with Camborne–Redruth Community Hospital just 3 miles away and Royal Cornwall Hospital, Treliske (Truro) around 8.5 miles.
Staying in one of our self-contained cottages is often more cost-effective than a hotel, especially for longer stays. Each cottage includes full cooking facilities — oven, hob, microwave, and fridge — allowing you to cook your own meals or have takeaways delivered straight to the cottage door, saving both time and money.
We offer ample private, off-road parking with space for up to four vans. Our property is monitored by security cameras at the entrance gates and to the rear of the cottages, providing a safe and secure environment for vehicles, tools, and equipment.

Yes, We can do longer stays to suit you with flexible arrangements to include a weekly house clean.
That’s no problem. You can come and go as you please, all we ask is that you keep the noise down when you come and go so as not to disturb others.
Yes, our dates are generally flexible with the majority of low season dates being a minimum of 2 nights. We also get some last minute short stay dates in high season depending upon the market.
