The area around Wesley House is a paradise for walkers. From gentle strolls to dramatic cliff paths, there are plenty of routes to choose from.
Perfectly located for exploring West Cornwall, we’re close to Falmouth, Truro, St Ives, The Lizard, Penzance, Land’s End, and Perranporth, with excellent access to Cornwall’s top attractions including The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, and the Minack Theatre.
There’s a huge choice of sandy beaches within an easy drive, including Portreath, Mexico Towans, Gwithian, Godrevy and Porthtowan and of course the South West Coastal path for fabulous walks, albeit we are also surrounded by historic, picturesque trails.
Lanner village is less than half a mile away, with a bakery, village shop, petrol station, chip shop, and a dog-friendly pub and restaurant. The nearest supermarket is just five minutes’ drive in Redruth, and Portreath beach is approximately five miles away. With easy access to the A30, most of Cornwall is within comfortable reach.

Yes, up to two small/medium dogs are welcome in the cottages and campsite.
With over 300 to choose from, the closest sandy beaches are Mexico Towans, Gwithian, Gyllingvase, Porthtowan with Portreath being the nearest at just 5 miles away.
Yes, there’s plenty of private parking areas by the cottage front door or just a short walk away. Campsite parking is generally next to your pitch.
Yes, children over 12 years are welcome in the cottages and the campsite welcomes children over 7 years.
Lanner village is just 0.5 miles away and has a spar shop & garage for basic food items. There’s also a bakery and fish & chip shop in the village. For a bigger shop, there are supermarkets, Tesco and Aldi just a short 2.5 mile drive away.
St Ives is a guest favourite at any time of year and is just a 30 minute drive from here down the A30.
